How to Use Our CBD Oil

There are many ways you can use our CBD oil, but one of the best ways we recommend is by placing the drops of oil directly under your tongue. Start with anywhere from one to 8 drops, and take them one to three times daily.

Keep the oil under your tongue for at least 60 seconds before swallowing, even swishing it around into the gums and lining of your cheeks to try to absorb more into your mouth beforehand. This can potentially optimise how intense the effects are and how long it takes for them to be felt, as it increases the absorption rate of the oil.
